**at Victoria College Sports Center**

12 and under – Sunday, October 7, 2012 – 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
13s – Sunday, October 7, 2012 – 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

14s – Sunday, October 14, 2012 – 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
15s – Sunday, October 14, 2012 – 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.  
16s – Sunday, October 14, 2012 – 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
17s – Sunday, October 14, 2012 – 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please bring completed application and a non-refundable $20 try-out fee 
with you to try-outs.

Players participate in tryouts
based on their individual date of birth as indicated below.

12 & under = players born on or after September 1, 2000
13 & under = players born on or after September 1, 1999
14 & under = players born on or after September 1, 1998
15 & under = players born on or after September 1, 1997
16 & under = players born on or after September 1, 1996
17 & under = players born on or after September 1, 1995
18 & under = players born on or after September 1, 1994

If  unable to participate in try-outs at the scheduled time for your age group, please contact us.
